I had a wonderful experience at Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta. the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the quality of service was top-notch. the staff were exceptionally polite, always ready to assist. the location is fantastic, placing you within easy reach of everything you could need. My room was stylish, offering extremely comfy beds that made for a great night's sleep. the breakfast served was delightful and a perfect start to the day. It’s conveniently located near the main shopping centers, malls, souvenir shops, bars, and convenience stores. Plus, you're not far from the airport and the beautiful temples in the Lawu mountains. I also enjoyed being relatively close to Picnic Point Reserve, which was a lovely addition to my stay.

Everything was really good, perfect location near to airport 6 minute by taxi, the staff were efficient! I liked a brand-new and well-equipped room with stunningly beautiful views, it overlooked swimming pool.

We recommend, maybe to friends. It was truly a RELAXING stay. Brasserie Restaurant, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Super base for trip in Kuta.

I had such a wonderful stay, as always. the hotel is an ideal and clean place overall, with a marvelous location that's really close to the malls in the Kuta area, restaurants, and the airport. the staff were very understanding, and my room was luxurious, complete with a balcony. It’s an unbeatable spot!

Staff was super friendly from the word go and went the extra mile for our booked stay (honeymoon). Location was great right next to Discovery Shopping Mall, however, not a 5 minutes walk from Kuta beach as stated.

It is close to the airport which was my need for one night of transit.

They made us waiting because the room was not ready. The morning of leaving we wait 20 minutes for the driver whom suppose to bring us to the airport. Few more minutes and we lose the flight. We think that this hotel is massively booked and they don´t care about details. Never again.

The rooms here are comfortable, modern, and nicely designed. They come with bathtubs, a coffee or tea setup, and good air conditioning. ☕️.

The breakfast offered at Sun Island Hotel & Spa is truly delightful, featuring freshly cooked dishes and a great selection of fresh food. the rooms provide an excellent mix of affordability and luxury, complete with spacious showers and well-appointed bathrooms. the hotel boasts a magnificent location, right by the beautiful Lawu Mountains and close to Sangiran, with easy access to Centro, Lippo malls, shops, and restaurants.

The location and the service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel food was nice. The best was it is just minutes of walk to the mall and shops. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hot shower suddenly becomes cold but the problem was fix very soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta! the place was impeccably clean, and I booked a twin/double room with stunning views of the swimming pool, which only added to the experience. the pool area was lovely, and I enjoyed refreshing drinks at the downstairs bar while relaxing. the hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the beautiful Memorial Park nearby. this hotel served as a wonderful base for experiencing the vibrant area and all it has to offer.

The restaurant is always empty during the evening so not appealing to have dinner there. We were expecting the hotel to be directly at the beach
